Dr. Kyung Mo Kim (Ulsan University) 17:00-17:05 closing remarks Dr.Yeong Bong Park (Chosun University) --------------------------------------------------------------- Maurice Beghetti University Hospital of Geneva, Geneva, Switzerland Maurice Beghetti, MD, heads the Pediatric Cardiology Unit at the University Hospital in Geneva, Switzerland. In addition, he acts as a consultant for pediatric and congenital heart disease associated pulmonary hypertension at the Centre des Maladies Vasculaires Pulmonaires, Hospital Antoine Beclere, Clamart, France and at the C.H.U. Grenoble, France. Prof. Beghetti has spent most of his professional career in Geneva, with a three-year fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. He is a council member of the European Association for Pediatric Cardiology(AEPC) working group "Genetic and Basic Science". He is the president of the Swiss Pediatric Cardiology Society and the pre-president of the Swiss Society for Pulmonary Hypertension. Prof. Beghetti's research interests are focused on pulmonary hypertension and congenital heart defects in pediatric patients. | |||
